How to reset a forgotten password on Lapture Systems
If you have forgotten your Lapture Systems password, you can reset this by following this support document.
To reset your Lapture Systems password, follow the subsequent steps:
- On a desktop computer, laptop or tablet, visit www.lapture.com/account. You will now be presented with the login page.
- At the bottom of the page, locate and click the “Forgotten Password” button and you will be presented with the “Reset Password” page.
- In the input field, enter the email you used to register to Lapture Systems with.
- Locate and click the “Reset Password” button.
- A password reset email will be sent to your email inbox if your email has been previously activated. Follow these steps to reset your password.
Depending on how your inbox has been set-up to detect automatic emails, you may find this email has been moved to your junk folder. If the email from Lapture Systems is not in your inbox, you should also check your junk inbox.
