How to send a System Message

Lapture offers a range of ways for you to update, access and learn about new sections on Lapture Systems. First, you can visit our Support Documents. If you need any additional support, Lapture has an extensive library of E-learning materials, that include step-by-step support videos on how to use Lapture’s suite of industry-leading tools.

Lapture Forums, our online community, also provides significant support on how to use Lapture Systems. Using the Forum, you can search and ask Lapture-related questions or answer any questions that you may know from your own experiences of Lapture.

If you have an LSC account and still need to contact Lapture Systems directly, the most reliable way to reach the correct department is to contact us through a system message.

Creating a System Message

To create a system message, follow the subsequent steps:

  1. On a desktop computer, laptop or tablet, visit www.lapture.com/account and login to your Business Campaigner Account.
  2. In the left navigation, locate and click “System Messages”.
  3. Choose your department from the drop-down list.
  4. Enter your message.
  5. Once you have completed your message, remember to locate and click the “Send” button and the chosen department will contact you.

We strive to contact you back within 48 hours. If the relevant department has not contacted you within this timeframe, please be patient and send us the message again.
