How to access and use the Subscription Routing Page

The Business Account Holder can only see the Subscription Routing Page if they have more than one subscription available to select. The Subscription Routing Page can be used by different LSCs as some of them may offer different plans for businesses. Therefore, this also allows the Business Account Holder to have multiple plans within the same account.

The names of the existing subscriptions can also be changed by the Business Account Holder in order to personalise the various subscriptions that have been created. The friendly subscription name chosen by the Business Account Holder organises the various subscriptions they use, potentially for different channels.

To locate the Subscription Routing Page, the Business Account Holder must follow the subsequent steps:

  1. On a desktop computer, laptop or tablet, visit www.lapture.com/account and login to your Business Campaigner dashboard.
  2. In the left navigation, locate and click the “Build MC” tab.
  3. You will be presented with the Subscription Routing Page where you can locate and click which Subscription Plan you’d like to continue with.

As the Subscription Routing Page also handles the reactivation of subscriptions and any payment faults, the Business Account Holder may also receive a red validation notification that could be due to one or more of the following reasons:

  1. The LSC has changed the Subscription Plan and the Business Account Holder needs to reactivate this before continuing, if they are happy with the modifications made by the LSC.
  2. There is a fault with the current payment method, for example, the expiration of a debit or credit card or the cancellation of a direct debit.

To reactivate their previously selected plan, the Business Account Holder needs to follow the subsequent steps:

  1. Locate and click on the Subscription Plan that needs reactivating which will have a red outline.
  2. Read through the Subscription Plan and once happy, locate and click the “Secure Checkout & Reactivate” button.
  3. You will then have to re-enter your card details for security measures and locate and click “Submit” once entered.
