Managing Subscriptions

How to manage your subscriptions as a Business Subscriber

Choosing a Subscription Plan

A Subscription Plan must be selected in order for Business Account Holders to access Lapture’s Media Production software, Marketing Chains and E-Learning resources.

To choose a Subscription Plan from an LSC, the Business Account Holder must follow the subsequent steps:

  1. On a desktop computer, laptop or tablet, visit www.lapture.com/account and login to your Business Campaigner dashboard.
  2. In the left navigation, locate and click “My Account”.
  3. You will be presented with your account settings. In the left navigation, locate and click “Subscriptions”.
  4. In the “New Subscription” section, enter your LSC’s CUC code and locate and click “Submit”.
  5. If you see a red validation notification, follow the instructions provided on-screen.

  6. You will be presented with your LSC’s services. Select your desired service: Media Production, Marketing Chain or E-Learning. Locate and click the “Select” button to confirm your choice.
  7. You will be presented with your LSC’s Subscription Plans. To select a Subscription Plan, locate and click the “Select” button inside the relevant card.
  8. You can see a summary of what each Subscription Plan includes on the right-hand side.

  9. You will need to add your payment details to proceed with your desired Subscription Plan. In the input field “Valid Card Number”, enter your 16-digit card number.
  10. In the input field “MM / YY”, enter the expiry date of your card.
  11. In the input field “CVC”, enter your card’s 3-digit security number.
  12. To complete your transaction and continue with your selected Subscription Plan, locate and click the “Secure Checkout” button.

Activating Subscriptions

Subscriptions must be activated in order for the Business Account Holder to use Lapture’s Media Production software, to create Marketing Chains or access E-Learning resources.

To activate a subscription, follow the subsequent steps:

  1. On a desktop computer, laptop or tablet, visit www.lapture.com/account and login into your Business Campaigner account.
  2. Locate and click the “Build MC” tab in the left navigation.
  3. To activate a subscription, locate and click the “Add Plan” button and you will be redirected to your Account Settings.
  4. Locate and click the Subscriptions tab in the left navigation.
  5. In the input field, “Enter CUC Code”, enter your LSC’s CUC code to view their available Subscription Plans.
  6. Once you have selected your desired Subscription Plan, it will display under “Active Subscriptions” where you can manage your Active Subscriptions.

Cancelling a Subscription Plan

Subscription Plans can be cancelled within a Business Campaigner Account. The Business Account Holder will continue to receive access to Lapture Systems’ services until the date their Subscription Plan ends.

To cancel a Subscription Plan, the Business Account Holder must follow the subsequent steps:

  1. On a desktop computer, laptop or tablet, visit www.lapture.com/account and login to your Business Campaigner dashboard.
  2. In the left navigation, locate and click “My Account”.
  3. You will be presented with your account settings. In the left navigation, locate and click “Subscriptions”.
  4. You will be presented with all of your active subscriptions at the bottom of the page. Locate and click on the Subscription Plan you wish to cancel.
  5. Locate and click the “Request Subscription Cancellation” button.

You will continue to receive access to Lapture Systems’ services until your subscription end date. After this date, you will not be able to access any of the services you previously paid for. For example, you will not be able to access any Marketing Chains or Events created under your cancelled Subscription.

You can access these services again by activating a new Subscription Plan as long as it has equal or higher values as your previous Subscription Plan. For example, if your previous Subscription Plan had 2 Marketing Chains, 3 Refine Products, 4 Product Lists, 2 Apply Discounts, 1 Payment Gateway, 2 Brand Elements and 1 Landing Builder, your new Subscription Plan would need to match or exceed these values.

Your new Subscription Plan can be with any LSC.

Gaining Privileges

Your LSC can provide other Subscription Plans for you to choose from. To do this, you must grant your LSC privileges within your Lapture Account.

To provide your LSC with privileges, the Business Account Holder must follow the subsequent steps:

  1. On a desktop computer, laptop or tablet, visit www.lapture.com/account and login to your Business Campaigner dashboard.
  2. In the left navigation, locate and click “My Account”.
  3. In the left navigation, locate and click “Subscriptions”.
  4. In the “New Subscription” section, enter your LSC’s CUC code and locate and click “Submit”.
  5. If you see a red validation notification, follow the instructions provided on-screen.

  6. You will now be presented with the Subscription Plans available for activation. In order for the LSC to manage your subscriptions, locate and click the “Allow LSC to manage your subscription plan” button.
  7. Follow the instructions in the alert by locating and clicking “OK” if you wish to continue or locating and clicking “Cancel” if you have changed your mind. The LSC will now be able to modify the Subscription Record.
