How to create a Browsing Account

Browsing Accounts are designed for people who wish to keep up to date with the latest news from businesses, access discounts, checkout products and use the Lapture App.

You’ll also need a Browsing Account if you wish to become a Content Creator.

In order to create a Browsing Account, follow the subsequent steps:

1. On a desktop computer, laptop or tablet, visit www.lapture.com/account. You will now be presented with the login page.
2. In the top right-hand corner, locate and click the blue “Register” button. The page will expand to show the different account types: Browsing Account, Business Campaigner Account and other accounts.
3. From the expanded list, locate and click “Browsing Account” and you will be presented with the registration steps.
4. In the input field “Create a username”, create your unique username.
5. In the input field “Add your email”, add your email address. Make sure you are able to access the email account as you will receive an Activation Email.

The system will notify you in the form of a blue tick if the username and/or email address is allowed and a red cross if changes need to be made.

6. Locate and click the checkbox to prove that you are not a robot. Once you have selected the relevant images, click the “Verify” button.
7. Locate and click the “Email Me Access” button and you will be presented with a green notification to inform you that your account has been created and now needs to be activated. If you receive a red validation notification, follow the steps on the screen, then locate and click the “Email Me Access” button again. You will now be presented with the green notification, confirming that your account has been created.
8. Now visit your email inbox. You will have received your Activation Email. Follow the steps on the email for Account Login.

Depending on how your inbox has been set-up to detect automatic emails, you may find this email has been moved to your junk folder. If the email from Lapture Systems is not in your inbox, you should also check your junk inbox.
