Updating Account Settings

How to update your account settings on Lapture Systems

In order to update your account settings on Lapture Systems, follow the steps in this support document. These steps are applicable for Browsing Accounts, Business Campaigner Accounts and LSC Accounts.

Changeable Settings for all Account Types:

  1. Profile Picture- Yes.
  2. Username- No.
  3. Email- Yes.
  4. Master Password- Yes.
  5. Account Holder First and Last Name- Yes.
  6. Contact Email- Yes.
  7. Telephone- Yes.
  8. First line of address- Yes.
  9. Second line of address- Yes.
  10. Town- Yes.
  11. City- Yes.
  12. Postcode- Yes.

Additional Changeable Settings for Browsing Accounts:

  1. Content Creator- Yes.
  2. Allowing LSC Project Requests- Yes.

Additional Changeable Settings for LSCs:

  1. Account number – Yes.
  2. Sort-code –Yes.
  3. Payment Reference – Yes.

Updating one or more records

To update one or more of the above Changeable Settings, follow the subsequent steps:

  1. On a desktop computer, laptop or tablet, visit www.lapture.com/account.
  2. Login to your account with your username and password.
  3. In the left navigation, scroll to the bottom and locate and click the “My Account” button.
  4. You will now be presented with the Changeable Settings.
  5. After updating your settings, make sure to locate and click the “Update Records” button.
